B Go to The Shopping Cart and Checkout
- Shopping Cart
The shopping
cart is available at the top of your page once you have selected a product to
purchase.
Your current quantity and total value are shown and
updated every time you add an item to your cart.
- Adding Items to the Shopping Cart
To order an item you simply click on the "add"
button.
This process is the online way of
taking a product from the shelf and placing it in your shopping trolley. You are
then free to continue shopping, adding and/or deleting products or surfing our
site as you go.
When you have completed your shopping & surfing you can then proceed to the checkout by clicking the "checkout" button located at the top right hand side on every page. (once a product has been selected)
- Adjusting the Quantities
Enter the new quantity in the quantity field of each item and click on the update button and your totals will automatically adjust.
- Finished Shopping
Having confirmed your order, the final step is to confirm your delivery details by registering with us.
C Choose your payment Option and pay on confirmation:
1. Direct Credit / Internet Banking / Credit Card
To
make payment via Internet Banking ie. Direct Credit & by far the
safest way to purchase online.
(just like
TRADE-ME)
- Once you have selected this option and placed the order we will contact you via email within minutes with our account details to transfer funds too, along with the appropriate reference details to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.
- Once the funds are confirmed transfered (the next day) your purchase is immediately sent by courier to you and a confirmation of order email sent to you as well.
2. Cash or Cheque:
Cash payments can be made at our premises, 11 Keddell Street, Frankton
Hamilton. No need to purchase online, Dont send cash via the
mail.
Cheque payments can be posted , place your order online and select the Telebanking/ Internet option. Once you receive your confirmation email reply to us and inform us you will be sending the cheque.
3. Credit Card
Validated though ediy's secure line and BNZ Buyline security. BNZ have tested and approved credit card purchasing and EDIY is an approved Buy-Line+ Direct Merchant Aggregator of the BNZ.
Confirmation of Order
You will be sent an Email by Fit Figures confirming receipt
of your order, to the email address you enter in the order form / registeration
form.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Address
We recommend sending your order to an address where someone will be there during the day to collect it. All orders are sent couriered in New Zealand by Post Haste Couriers and require a signature of receipt of goods upon collection to ensure safe and secure delivery of your order.
- Delivery Confirmation
A second Email will be sent by Fit Figures customer service staff confirming dispatch of your order.
- Delivery Method
All parcels are delivered by Post Haste Couriers throughout New Zealand.
- Delivery Times
Orders will be packed and dispatched same day the funds are received depending on availability. Orders are normally received in 1-4 days depending on destination within New Zealand.
- Delivery Charges
As we
aim to bring you the best possible prices, we do not buffer the prices with
freight & packaging so our delivery charges are-
Orders over $200 are
freight free
Orders $100-$200 have a $6 freight fee
Orders under $100 have
a $10 freight fee
Deliveries are New Zealand

our staff will automatically prepare your order for prompt dispatch.
