So what happens and how is it run?
Ladies only - apart from the instructor at times
Light weights - high reps but working those muscles to get them alive and firm
For Ladies that are very much beginners or need that
extra burn to add to their program.
For Ladies that want a blokeless girl environment to tone.
Stretching is involved so wear comfortable clothing
All the muscles groups are worked but not killed...
No pressure to overdo it!!
