FiT MiX is designed by Brian McFarlane.
Brian is a former IFBB Mr New Zealand & holds multiple nationals titles along with representing NZ in two IFBB world championships. Brian has coached rugby for 8 years including reps & trained numerous individuals to improve muscle, lose fat and gain
fitness with over 24 years experience.
Brian brings together all the best elements in a wide range of sports, strength, muscle building, and aerobic exercises & mixes them in with individual goals & challenges plus teamwork support.
This brings variety, fun, fitness, fundemental strength & fitness to improve your life.
It doesnt end there either! Since Brian promotes health, fitness and healthy eating through sensible nutrition, these group sessions include nutrition advice. Well actually Brian cant help him but want you improve your nutrition to get the best benefits. You therefore get all 3 sides
of the Healthy triangle in one session.
With mix of intense varied sessions & nutritional guidance You will achieve results faster than you ever thought possible.
