Well I have turned 40!

I think all this crazy gym training and eating has paid off.
I must admit I enjoy the challenge, the feeling of training, eating well & of course the results.... so does Mel.

I was hoping to do regular updates as I leaned up for the first competition in Masterton, but due to family, work and training it never happened. But I will do something similar to show the progress post dated.

As a typical bodybuilder I am not used to artistic photos ..more used to posey hard out ones. We wanted some like this as I have never had any done before, and I think the old body holds up ok.
Mel likes them anyway so that's the main thing lol
